-Defending Basic Freedoms: This program helps safeguard the basic freedoms guaranteed in our Bill of Rights, to help eliminate all forms of prejudice and discrimination, and to assist government agencies to be more accountable to the public. Nationwide.

-Pathways Out of Poverty: Supports educational programs that help low-income youth and adults achieve greater economic and educational opportunities, including mentoring, after-school programs, academic achievement, youth development, and high-school completion. Greater Washington, D.C. region only.
