The Kelly Foundation has established a strategic grant program designed to create measurable impact within the Greater Sacramento area and surrounding counties.
The Kelly Foundation’s decision-making process will prioritize the following:
Organizations with strong leaders and stable financials
Clear goals and community outcomes tracking
Sustainable, long-term community benefits
Focus area:
Food Security: LOI Deadline: December 31st
Conservation, Open Space, and Climate: LOI Deadline: December 31st
Children & Youth Assistance, and Education: LOI Deadline: March 31st
Affordable Housing & Homelessness: LOI Deadline: June 30th
Health & Human Services: LOI Deadline: September 30th
Although there are exceptions, usually the organizations that receive grants from the Kelly Foundation serve the Greater Sacramento Area and Northern California Region.
Organizations new to the Kelly Foundation, or those who have not received an invite, are welcome to submit an LOI during the applicable focus area quarter.
